We are a unique and scientifically driven company specialising in fitness testing, performance enhancing, and overall health related programmes.
Set up by Seán Kinane in 2011, our team works with many different people from a variety of backgrounds and sports on a day to day basis, and continue to work with top athletes and companies year on year.
Generally we work on a one to one basis within clubs and teams as each person's physiological make up is different. Over the years we have worked with many individual and fields sport athletes from Dublin, Kilkenny and Cork senior GAA players, top League of Ireland Footballers, female basketball stars, lots of the top MMA athletes in the world renowned SBG and many top athletes from the Ironman and triathlon scene.
In 2018 we saw a big demand for our corporate care, with onsite VO2 testing and metabolic testing the most sought after options. Over the last few years we have worked with, and continue to work with companies such as Apple, Aviareto, Irish Life Health, Facebook, Eli Lilly, Boston Scientific, Paddy Power, Davy, Abbot, Invesco, LinkedIn and many more.
Seán has devised and delivers a section of the Endurance module with Dr. Liam Hennessy in Setanta College, lectures on ITEC and ASCM fitness courses, delivers a Health and Fitness module with FÁS and has developed a Schools Health Education and Awareness Programme which is currently in operation in primary schools across Dublin.
Along with testing, we work in conjunction with specialists in running and cycling, nutrition, strength and conditioning, high performance, sports therapy and massage to ensure no stone is left unturned in maximising your results.
Seán has successfully run Health Matters for 8 years, carrying out over 7,000 tests to date.
